LAW REVIEW
The NLIU Law Review is a bi-annual, peer reviewed journal published by the students of National Law Institute University, Bhopal under the aegis of the University. The journal is a first of its kind endeavour on the part of the student body of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal aimed to encourage and inculcate a spirit of legal research in the student community. The Journal accepts articles from students, legal practitioners, judges and professors and seeks to publish original and scholarly writings on various areas of law, particularly on those which have contemporary relevance. It publishes material on all subjects of interest to the legal profession. The Law Review strives to encourage the students to research and create scholarly writings of the highest quality and to publish articles that will be useful research tools for students, attorneys, judges, and legal scholars, and to facilitate growth and development of the law by providing commentary on issues of current national discourse.
Founded in 2010, the NLIU Law Review is exclusively student-run and comprises of the Managerial, Editorial, and Design and Print Boards. Members are selected on the basis of a comprehensive induction test followed by interviews. Participation in the Law Review provides a unique educational experience to the students, which is demanding, yet rewarding as the students are provided with an invaluable opportunity to hone their analytical, research and management skills while assisting with the publication of the journal and the creation of legal scholarship.
